Appeal by defendant, as limited by his motion, from two sentences of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County (Ingrassia, J.), both imposed April 8,1983. Sentences affirmed. No opinion. This case is remitted to the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, for further proceedings pursuant to CPL 460.50 (subd 5). Thompson, J. P., Bracken, O’Connor and Weinstein, JJ., concur.
