Judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered October 19, 1977, affirmed. We agree with the reasoning of Judge Rubin in her decision denying defendant’s motion to suppress evidence. Hopkins, J. P., Titone, Suozzi and Margett, JJ., concur.
