Appeal from a judgment of conviction rendered by the County Court, Kings County, sentencing appellant, after he had been found guilty by a jury of robbery in the first degree, assault in the second degree, and petit larceny, to serve from 30 to 60 years as a second felony offender. Judgment unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Wenzel, Beldock, Murphy and Kleinfeld, JJ.
