v

Michael L. Goody, appellant.

DECISION & ORDER

Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his motion, from a sentence of the Supreme Court, Kings County (John T. Hecht, J.), imposed August 16, 2021, upon his plea of guilty, on the ground that the fine imposed as part of the sentence was excessive.

ORDERED that the sentence is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant's contention, the fine imposed as part of the sentence was not excessive (see People v Suitte , 90 AD2d 80).

BRATHWAITE NELSON, J.P., RIVERA, MALTESE and GENOVESI, JJ., concur.
