Opinion

Per Curiam.

Judgment of conviction, rendered June 30, 1975 (Lander, J.), affirmed. The case is remitted to the Criminal Court of the City of New York, New York County, for proceedings to direct defendant to surrender himself to said court in order that the execution of the judgment be commenced (CPL 460.50, subd 5).
