OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

Judgment of conviction unanimously reversed, on the law, fine remitted and information dismissed.

Personal use of a vehicle with dealer’s plates which is held for sale or demonstration does not violate section 415 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law (People v Wilkins, NYLJ, Oct. 13, 1976, p 12, col 2; see People v Studley, NYLJ, May 15, 1967, p 19, col 2).
