Ordered that, on the court’s own motion, the decision and order of this court dated May 26, 1987 is recalled and vacated, and the following is substituted therefor:
Appeal by the defendant from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Maraño, J.), both rendered July 15, 1983.
Ordered that the judgments are affirmed (see, People v Pellegrino, 60 NY2d 636; People v Harris, 61 NY2d 9; People v Kazepis, 101 AD2d 816). Thompson, J. P., Lawrence, Rubin, Kunzeman and Sullivan, JJ., concur.
