Defendant has appealed from a judgment of the Sullivan County Court convicting him of the crime of burglary in the third degree. On this appeal defendant has raised numerous questions; all without merit. Judgment of conviction unanimously affirmed. Present — Hill, P. J., Crapser, Heffeman, Schenck and Foster, JJ.
