Judgment (resentence), Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on June 27, 1975, unanimously affirmed. Appeal from judgment of said court rendered on March 7, 1975 unanimously dismissed as moot. The case is remitted to the Supreme Court, New York County, for further proceedings pursuant to CPL 460.50 (subd 5). No opinion. Concur— Stevens, P. J., Murphy, Birns, Silverman and Lynch, JJ.
