People v. Frazier
740 N.W.2d 657, 480 Mich. 935
Opinion
PEOPLE of the State of Michigan, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
Corey Ramone FRAZIER, Defendant-Appellee.
Supreme Court of Michigan.
On order of the Court, the motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal the October 10, 2007 order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the question presented should be reviewed by this Court.
