Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered May 16, 1972 on resentence. Appeal dismissed as moot. Defendant was released from incarceration, on parole, as of August 28, 1972. Rabin, P. J., Munder, Latham, Shapiro and Christ, JJ., concur.
