Opinion

Order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 9, 1969, affirmed. We find no merit to the claim that defendant was improperly committed to prison. Hopkins, Acting P. J., Munder, Martuscello, Brennan and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
