Opinion

'Judgment of conviction of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, reversed on the law and the facts and a new trial ordered. The evidence before the court did not show that the defects in the brake and in the horn of the appellant’s car showed culpable negligence which contributed to the bodily injury of the child Samuel Storehheim. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Seudder and Davis, JJ., concur.
