Opinion

Per Curiam.

Judgment of conviction, rendered September 28, 1971 (Levittan, J., and jury), affirmed.

[254]*254The case is remitted to the Criminal Court of the City of New York, County of New York, for proceedings to direct the defendant to surrender himself to said court in order that execution of the judgment be commenced or resumed (CPL 460.50, subd 5).
