Motion to dismiss appeal denied. Motion by the Legal Aid Society for leave to file a brief amicus curiae and to participate in oral argument of the appeal herein granted in each respect. A brief may be served and 20 copies filed by the Legal Aid Society within 30 days of its receipt of appellant’s brief and appendix.
