Opinion

OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

Judgment of conviction affirmed.

Defendant’s guilt was established beyond a reasonable doubt. In addition, the People effectively communicated their readiness for trial on December 1, 1980 so as to meet the requirements of CPL 30.30. As to defendant’s contentions concerning the prosecution’s comments during summation and the court’s charge, we find no reversible error.

Farley, P. J., Slifkin and Widlitz, JJ., concur.
