Motion by appellant to enlarge time to perfect his appeal, granted; time enlarged to the March Term, beginning February 26, 1962; appeal ordered on the calendar for said term. Motion by appellant to compel the Clerk of the County Court to furnish appellant with a copy of the original record, denied. Oral motion by respondent to dismiss appeal, made upon the calendar call on November 6, 1961, denied. Nolan, P. J., Ughetta, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
