Motion to amend record en appeal denied (1st) because of the decision above made on the main appeal, and (2d) because the moving party has no standing in court to make the motion. All concur. Present — Sears, P. J., Crouch, Taylor, Edgcomb and Crosby, JJ. [140 Misc. 145.]
