Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Kings County, convicting appellant of robbery in the first degree, grand larceny in the first degree, and assault in the second degree, and sentencing him as a second felony offender to serve from 15 to 30 years. Judgment unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present -—Wenzel, Acting P. J., Beldock, Murphy, Ughetta and Hallinan, JJ.
