OPINION OF THE COURT
Memorandum.
Judgment of conviction affirmed.
Defendant’s guilt of harassment was established beyond a [55]*55reasonable doubt (see Penal Law, § 240.25; People v Todaro, 26 NY2d 325, 330). We have also considered the other issues raised upon the appeal and found them lacking in merit.
