Opinion

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, rendered September 17, 1976, convicting her of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence. Judgment reversed, on the facts, and indictment dismissed. The evidence adduced at the trial did not establish, beyond a reasonable doubt, the guilt of defendant. Hopkins, J. P., Hargett, Damiani and Rabin, JJ., concur.
