Appeal from order of the County Court of Kings County, granted pursuant to the provisions of section 618-b of the Code of Criminal Procedure, dismissed on the ground that the order is not appealable. (People v. Reed, 276 N. Y. 5.) Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
