Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County, rendered August 20,1979, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of the crime of robbery in the third degree. Judgment affirmed (see People v Williams, 36 NY2d 829). Mahoney, P. J., Greenblott, Sweeney, Kane and Main, JJ., concur.
