Judgment of the County Court of Kings County convicting the defendant of the crime of grand larceny in the first degree, and sentencing him to Sing Sing Prison for a term of not less than five nor more than ten years, unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present.— Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Taylor, JJ.
