(The appeal from the judgment has been held in abeyance pending a hearing and new determination in this coram nobis proceeding, as previously ordered by this court [People v. Di Giangiemo, 38 A D 2d 952].) Rabin, P. J., Munder, Martuscello, Gulotta and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
