Opinion

Application to prosecute appeal as a poor person granted. The appeal may be perfected upon one typewritten copy of the record and five typewritten copies of the brief. The application for a direction that appellant be furnished a copy of the trial minutes should be addressed to the County Court, Cortland County. Application in all other respects denied. Present — ■ Foster, P. J., Bergan, Coon, Gibson and Herlihy, JJ.
