Opinion
PEOPLE
v.
DESAI
Supreme Court of Michigan.
No. 125957. COA No. 238210. On order of the Court, the motions to file application for leave to appeal exceeding fifty pages and to file a reply brief are GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal the November 6, 2003 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
