Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court of Dutchess County convicting him of the crime of attempted kidnapping, and sentencing him as a second offender to not less than twelve and one-half years and not more than twenty-five years in Sing Sing Prison. Judgment unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present — Hagarty, Acting P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Nolan and Sneed, JJ.
