Opinion

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the August 2, 2018 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered. We DIRECT the parties to submit supplemental briefs addressing whether the alleged error was harmless within 28 days after the date of this order. See People v. Schaefer , 473 Mich. 418, 703 N.W.2d 774 (2005).
