Judgment of a City Magistrate, holding a Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Queens, convicting defendant of a violation of section 986 of the Penal Law (book-making), reversed on the law, the information dismissed, the fine remitted, and the defendant discharged. (People v. Scibelli, 267 App. Div. 883.) Carswell, Acting P. J.,' Johnston, Adel, Lewis and Aldrich, JJ., concur.
