Memorandum.

Judgment of conviction is affirmed.

Under the circumstances disclosed herein, defendant’s guilt of speeding was established beyond a reasonable doubt. We note that the trial court’s revocation of defendant’s license is an administrative act reviewable only by the Supreme Court in an article 78 proceeding (Vehicle and Traffic Law, § 510, subd 7).
