Opinion

Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his brief, from a sentence of the County Court, Nassau County (Mackston, J.), imposed January 31, 1995, on the ground that the sentence is excessive.

Ordered that the sentence is affirmed (see, People v Kazepis, 101 AD2d 816). Balletta, J. P., O’Brien, Ritter, Pizzuto and Altman, JJ., concur.
