Opinion

Motion to amend remittitur to conform to the mandate in United States ex rel. Corbo v. La Vallee (270 F. 2d 513) granted. Return of remittitur requested and, when returned, it will be amended to read as follows: “ Judgment reversed and a new trial ordered. ” [See 307 N. Y. 928.] Cross motion of defendant denied.
