Opinion
While upon the record we are convinced of the guilt of the defendants, we disapprove of the conduct of the district attorney as manifested by Ms cross-examination of the defendants and Ms reference to a plea of guilty by a codefendant. All concur. Present — Hubbs, P. J., Clark, Sears, Taylor and Sawyer, JJ. Judgment of conviction affirmed.
