OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed. [832]*832The officers’ observations upon arriving at the scene were sufficient to sustain the finding below of probable cause. Inasmuch as that finding has support in the record, further review is beyond our power (see, People v Harrison, 57 NY2d 470, 477-478).

Chief Judge Wachtler and Judges Meyer, Simons, Kaye, Alexander and Titone concur; Judge Hancock, Jr., taking no part.
