Appeal by defendant, as limited by his motion, from a sentence of the County Court, Nassau County, imposed April 11, 1980, upon his conviction of attempted burglary in the third degree, upon a plea of guilty, the sentence being an indeterminate term of imprisonment with a maximum of four years. Sentence affirmed. No opinion. This case is remitted to the County Court, Nassau County, for further proceedings pursuant to CPL 460.50 (subd 5). Damiani, J. P., Titone and Lazer, JJ., concur.
