Opinion
Appeal from a judgment of the Wayne County Court (John B. Nesbitt, J.), rendered March 20, 2007. The judgment convicted defendant, after a nonjury trial, of reckless endangerment in the second degree, leaving an incident without reporting, driving while ability impaired and criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed. Present—Hurlbutt, J.P, Martoche, Lunn, Green and Gorski, JJ.
