People v. Coffey
196 N.W. 345, 225 Mich. 532, 1923 Mich. LEXIS 608
Opinions

The conviction is affirmed, and the trial court directed to proceed to sentence.
McDONALD, CLARK, MOORE, and STEERE, JJ., concurred with SHARPE, J.
