Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered August 4, 1976, convicting him of attempted robbery in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. The People proved the defendant’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Damiani, J. P., Shapiro, Mollen and O’Connor, JJ., concur.
