Opinion

On order of the Court, the motions for immediate consideration and to supplement *320application are GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal the December 8, 2017 order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. To the extent the defendant's motion to supplement application includes a request to remand for an evidentiary hearing, the motion is DENIED.
