Opinion
Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 19, 1964, convicting him of conspiracy to commit forgery as a misdemeanor, on his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. In our opinion, the arrest of the defendant was lawful. The search of his room was an incident of such arrest and the motion to suppress was hence properly denied.
