—Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 12, 1977, convicting him of criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed (People v McGowen, 42 NY2d 905). Mollen, P. J., Latham, Damiani and Suozzi, JJ., concur.
