Opinion
Appeal by defendants, as limited by their briefs, from two sentences (one as to each defendant) of the County Court, Nassau County, imposed July 13, 1972. Sentences affirmed. No opinion. The case is remitted to the County Court, Nassau County, for proceedings to direct defendants to surrender themselves to said court in order that execution of the sentences be commenced or resumed (GPL 460.50, subd. 5). Hopkins, Acting P. J., Martuscello, Latham, Shapiro and Benjamin, JJ., concur,
