Memorandum by the Court. The defendant received a fair trial. There wore no exceptions to the Judge’s charge nor was there any request to add to the [493]*493charge concerning intent. The verdict certainly is not against the weight of the evidence. Therefore, if we are to reverse wp must do so in the interest, of justice (Codo. (¡rim. Pro., § 527). Surely flie interest of justice dees not require reversal in this case.

Judgment of conviction affirmed.
