Appeal from two orders of the County Court, Kings County, entered November 27, 1940, and November 29, 1940, denying defendant’s application for leave to withdraw a plea of guilty and to substitute therefor a plea of not guilty; and from a judgment of said court convicting defendant of the crime of attempted sodomy. Orders and judgment unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ.
