Opinion

Appeal from an order of the County Court, Kings County, denying an application in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis to vacate a judgment of said court rendered November 19, 1952 convicting appellant of robbery in the second degree, and sentencing him to serve from 7½ to 15 years as a second felony offender. Order unanimously affirmed. No opinion.
