Opinion

Judgment of conviction by a city magistrate, sitting as a Court of Special Sessions, reversed upon the law and the facts, and a new trial ordered, upon the ground that defendant was entitled to a reasonable opportunity to bring his witnesses in support of his defense, and the refusal to grant the request was improper in the circumstances. Lazansky, P. J., Kapper, Hagarty, Scudder and Tompkins, JJ., concur.
