Opinion

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered September 19, 1974, convicting him of manslaughter in- the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. Any error which may have occurred herein was harmless (see People v Crimmins, 36 NY2d 230). Cohalan, J. P., Damiani, Rabin and Titone, JJ., concur.
