OPINION OF THE COURT

Order affirmed. Defendant having failed to object to the prosecutor’s use of the witness’ prior Grand Jury testimony or request any corrective instruction from the court, no question of law has been preserved for our review (CPL 470.05; see People v Robinson, 36 NY2d 224).
