Opinion

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County (Patsalos, J.), rendered February 25, 1985, convicting her of attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon her plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed (see, People v Pellegrino, 60 NY2d 636; People v Harris, 61 NY2d 9). Mangano, J. P., Brown, Rubin and Fiber, JJ., concur.
